Administration and support

• We provide scheme set-up and administration free of charge, so there is no cost to the employer.
• We will produce and distribute order forms, brochures and Hire Agreements on behalf of your organisation.

Marketing and road shows

• We will design and produce relevant marketing materials, which may include branded employee options brochures, web pages, Q&A documents, PDF files and posters.
• We can provide onsite road shows. Our cycle experts will visit main workplace locations to advise staff on how the scheme works and to display a range of bikes and equipment available through the scheme.
• All marketing support and road shows are provided free of charge.

Choosing the right bike

• We are able to supply a choice of over 140 cycle brands.
• We offer online product information through web pages that we will set up for your organisation to show your corporate branding.
• Our dedicated team are here to provide expert advice on choosing the right bike for each of your employees.

Finance arrangements and delivery

• We will allocate a dedicated account manager to your scheme.
• We will co-ordinate and implement any financial arrangements, this may include leasing options and a financial review at the end of the scheme.
• All bikes and accessories are built by CyTech NVQ qualified technicians and will be delivered direct to your employees.
