Returning a product under the WEEE Regulations.

What do the WEEE regulations mean?

WEEE (The Waste Electrical and electronic Equipment) Directive is UK law that governs the disposal and recycling of all electrical items. The law, introduced in 2014, puts the emphasis on the producers and suppliers of electrical equipment to pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electricals.

As a retailer that sells new Electrical and Electronic products we will take back old items, provided it is a like-for-like replacement when you buy a new product from us. We will then responsibly dispose of the old product ensuring that it doesn’t end up in landfill.

Old products must be returned directly to our shop or head office (details below) within 28 days of your new purchase, clearly marked as WEEE.

Disposing of equipment yourself

If you choose not to send your equipment back to us for disposal then you can dispose of any electricals or electronics yourself at your local recycling centre, who will dispose of your equipment via a controlled recycling process.

You can locate your closest collection site by entering your postcode at www.recycle-more.co.uk

What products fall under WEEE Regulations?

As part of the WEEE regulations, all electrical and electronic goods produced after August 2005 that fall under WEEE regulations should be clearly marked with a crossed-out bin symbol which means they should not be included with household waste so that they can be recycled

As a responsible retailer we take all steps possible to ensure that our business meets all requirements of any EU & UK consumer protection laws, particularly the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other legislation specific to the products that we sell.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding this process, please contact us at[email protected].

Question: What is the name of a bike that masters steep Alpine downhills confidently and not only brings along the necessary amount of playfulness, but also tackles climbing passages in a sure-footed manner? Our Answer: Stereo 150 C: 62 Race 29. The latest addition to our legendary stereo family brings together all the experience we've gained over the years in designing and building bikes. And we're talking about bikes that not only rock the Enduro World Series, but also take your riding level to a new level! The geometry of the C: 62 full carbon frame has been completely redesigned, and its sleek look and modified kinematics blend in perfectly with the towering Fox 36 and DPX2 dampers, also from Fox. Because of their unrivaled reliability, we chose the legendary Shimano XT 2x11 and combined it with a RaceFace Aeffect crank. So you can easily convert to a single drive if necessary. Of course, there is a telescopic seat post on top - which takes even the steepest and most technical trail the horror. This is what professional driving fun looks like!

We faced a rather tricky task: to develop a bike that would turn even the most blocked trail into a flow fun, while remaining agile and manoeuvrable in handling. Fortunately, we love challenges of this kind! Based on fast 29er wheels, we have designed a full carbon frame with our ingenious C: 62 fiber material, which meets all the requirements of a first-class Enduro racer. Sophisticated cross-sections and the 148 mm wide boost rear end not only provide the necessary rigidity, but also precise steering behavior and rapid acceleration in every driving situation. The bottom bracket has an ISCG05 mount, the cables are laid neatly in the frame and so safe from dirt, stone chips and water. The damper complies with the metric standard with Trunnion Mount. Short chainstays and a steep seat angle ensure agile handling and unbelievable maneuverability. The steering angle is tuned with 66 ° especially on forks with a travel of 160 mm. Did we really think of everything? We believe so. Nothing like the adventure!
