Returning a product under the WEEE Regulations.

What do the WEEE regulations mean?

WEEE (The Waste Electrical and electronic Equipment) Directive is UK law that governs the disposal and recycling of all electrical items. The law, introduced in 2014, puts the emphasis on the producers and suppliers of electrical equipment to pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electricals.

As a retailer that sells new Electrical and Electronic products we will take back old items, provided it is a like-for-like replacement when you buy a new product from us. We will then responsibly dispose of the old product ensuring that it doesn’t end up in landfill.

Old products must be returned directly to our shop or head office (details below) within 28 days of your new purchase, clearly marked as WEEE.

Disposing of equipment yourself

If you choose not to send your equipment back to us for disposal then you can dispose of any electricals or electronics yourself at your local recycling centre, who will dispose of your equipment via a controlled recycling process.

You can locate your closest collection site by entering your postcode at www.recycle-more.co.uk

What products fall under WEEE Regulations?

As part of the WEEE regulations, all electrical and electronic goods produced after August 2005 that fall under WEEE regulations should be clearly marked with a crossed-out bin symbol which means they should not be included with household waste so that they can be recycled

As a responsible retailer we take all steps possible to ensure that our business meets all requirements of any EU & UK consumer protection laws, particularly the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other legislation specific to the products that we sell.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding this process, please contact us at [email protected].

Genesis Croix De Fer 20 725 2026 Gravel Road Bike - Diana Moss

Season:2026

Brand:Genesis

Code:VARGN10811Moss

This bike gets you out the door and into the day. It rides composed on rough roads. It carries kit without fuss. It smooths chatter, so you pedal longer with less fatigue. Quick, predictable shifts and confident stopping keep the focus on the route, not the bike. Bring a bag, mudguards and lights, and go farther.

Why it works:

Reynolds 725 chromoly gives a lively but forgiving ride. The Amplitude G100 chromoly fork follows the frame’s calm, keeping the front end planted. Generous tyre clearance and multiple mounts mean you can fit wider rubber and carry bags or mudguards without compromise. Thoughtful cable routing keeps lights and dynamo setups neat and reliable.

Ride and handling:

Big-volume 700x45c tyres soak up chatter and roll smoothly. Tubeless-ready rims and tyres let you run lower pressure for grip and comfort. The Shimano CUES drivetrain uses a compact 46/32 chainset and an 11–39 cassette for a wide, usable gear range. TRP Spyre mechanical discs bite cleanly and feel consistent in wet or dry.

Comfort and load:

The cockpit and saddle are built for long days. The frame has rack and mudguard mounts for commuters and tourers. Bottle cage bosses and cable routing options make it easy to tailor the bike to your ride. It’s steady with a load and light enough to feel lively when you want to push the pace.

Key Features:

  • Frame & Fork: Reynolds 725 chromoly frame with Amplitude G100 chromoly fork for a balanced, compliant ride
  • Drivetrain: Shimano CUES shifters, front and rear derailleurs, Shimano CUES chainset with 46/32T chainrings and 11-39T cassette
  • Wheels & Tyres: Amplitude G100 tubeless-ready rims paired with Maxxis Rambler 700x45c tubeless-ready tyres
  • Brakes: TRP Spyre mechanical disc brakes with 160mm rotors for reliable stopping
  • Mounts & Routing: Mudguard and rack mounts, dynamo cable routing and multiple cage options for touring and commuting
  • Cockpit & Comfort: Amplitude G100 drop bar, stem and seatpost with Madison Flux Switch saddle

Ready to ride? Pack lightly or go loaded - this bike will keep your day moving.
